OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Streifer Wigs. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Streifer Wigs. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

SECTION 1 - WIG PRODUCTS

All wigs sold by Streifer Wigs are curated by Streifer, with only one of each type purchased at a time. The client agrees to accept and pay for the goods at the purchase price stated at the time of order. All wigs are sold "as is," with no warranties, express or implied, regarding quality, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

SECTION 2 - PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit payment of 30% is required upfront before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery. We accept payment via bank transfers, online transactions through our website, and cash.

SECTION 3 - WARRANTY

We offer a one-month warranty for specific alterations, including adjustments discussed during consultation such as color, net size, and other customizations. For faults determined by us, a three-month warranty applies. An additional month of warranty is available for international clients. We do not guarantee the lace material and lace work, and any damage to the lace (such as fraying, holes, and tears) due to incorrect handling is not covered.

SECTION 4 - REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

No refunds or exchanges are offered on any purchases, as each wig is bespoke and customized according to client specifications.

SECTION 5 - COMPLETION TIMEFRAME

Completion dates are estimates and may vary depending on the unique requirements of each wig. We are not liable for any delays that occur during the production process.

SECTION 6 - INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY

International clients are responsible for any applicable tax/custom charges in their country of residence. These charges are not included in our invoice and must be settled upon receiving the item from the relevant national authority. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

While we strive to ensure the information on our site is accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.

SECTION 8 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service or any part of the content thereof at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

SECTION 9 - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Goods become the customer's responsibility from the time of delivery to the address provided or upon collection. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once payment is received in full.

SECTION 10 - EXCEPTIONS FOR BESPOKE GOODS

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, they are exempt from the legal right to change your mind within 14 days as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

SECTION 12 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
