RETURN POLICY

7-Day Return Window

At Streifer Wigs, we offer high-quality, ready-to-wear wigs curated with care for our customers. We allow returns on eligible wigs within 7 days of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied, please review the guidelines below to ensure your return meets our criteria.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, wigs must be in their original, unworn, and unopened condition. Due to health and safety standards, any wig that has been opened, worn, or altered cannot be accepted for return. This policy also does not apply to sale items, damaged goods, or items that do not meet the return criteria.

Return Authorization

Before returning any wig, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date by email or phone to request return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items over $50. Streifer Wigs does not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Timeline for Returns

Once a return has been authorized, please follow the timeline provided by our representatives to ensure your return is accepted. Returns that do not meet the timeline may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the stated return conditions.
